Refund Policy

Important Notice

All ticket sales are generally final. Please ensure you can attend the event before purchasing tickets. We recommend reviewing all event details carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of live events and the costs involved in event production, tickets purchased for BanglaCrazeUK events are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy helps us secure venues, artists, and provide the best possible experience for all attendees.

2. Event Cancellation by Organiser

If BanglaCrazeUK cancels an event and it is not rescheduled:

  • You will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • We will notify all ticket holders via email and phone

3. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed to a new date:

  • Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date
  • If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement
  • Refund requests after this period may not be honoured

4. Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Considered

We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Bereavement of an immediate family member (with documentation)
  • Serious illness or hospitalisation (with medical evidence)
  • Duplicate ticket purchase made in error

All exceptional circumstance requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of BanglaCrazeUK Ltd.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind or inability to attend
  • Failure to arrive on time or gain entry due to personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with the event, performers, or venue
  • Minor changes to event line-up or schedule
  • Weather conditions (for indoor events)
  • Travel or accommodation costs

6. Ticket Transfer

If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us with the new attendee's details at least 24 hours before the event. There is no charge for ticket transfers.

7. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Order/booking reference number
  • Event name and date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

8. Third-Party Ticket Platforms

Tickets purchased through third-party platforms (such as TicketSource) are subject to that platform's refund policy in addition to ours. Please review their terms before purchasing.
